# Integration library

> Connect agents to communication, development, research, data and business services.

Connect includes more than 100 integrations. The setup agent selects a profile, reads its operations and account requirements, and prepares the configuration for your task.

## Explore by task

| Task | Examples |
| - | - |
| Read conversations and manage messages | Slack, Gmail, Discord, Microsoft Teams |
| Work with repositories and issues | GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Linear |
| Find and read information | Hacker News, Wikipedia, arXiv, PubMed, Tavily, Exa |
| Work with documents and records | Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable |
| Coordinate work | ClickUp, Trello, Todoist, Zoom, Webex |
| Connect business systems | Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Zendesk |
| Query data and infrastructure | PostgreSQL metadata, AWS Lambda |
| Automate browser interaction | Playwright MCP on macOS |

These are entry points into the library. Read the selected profile's operation list and configuration before setup.

## Choose operations and an account

Tell Connect the service, resources and result you need. For example:

```text theme={null}
Connect our work Slack account so the research agent can read the launch
channel. Give it read access for this task.
```

The setup review identifies the package, selected operations, account inputs and access duration. Credentials are entered through protected controls. The agent receives access through the host's grant policy.

For direct host integration, `config-help --profile` describes a selected profile's configuration fields and prerequisites. `describe` provides its operation schemas. See [library installation](/connect/library/local-install).

## Connectors and frontends

A service connector gives an agent operations such as reading Slack history. A frontend lets people talk to an agent through Slack or another interface. Configure each role for its intended account, participants and permissions. See [connectors and frontends](/connect/concepts/roles).
